Not bad, definitly needs a memory upgrade, a new PSU, and better cooling.

yea a new PSU is a must, the pathetic ones that come with cases are poor of quality often times (I blew up 2 no-name 350W that came with my past cases), get some high speed dual chan 512s or maybe just a good single chan 1gb, then go to town on the OCing, dont let people tell ya you cant OC with the stock heatsink/fan - just get some AS5, wait for it to cure, then OC to 2.6, try for 2.7-2.8 (make sure your case is ventilated)

Also a bigger/newer HDD wouldnt hurt.

Ill say 6.5/10 - its just slightly better than my rig due to the newer gfx card and slightly faster CPU.
