Verify TRIM is enabled on your SSD
A) Click start and type in cmd and hit the enter key
B) Type in fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotify
- DisableDeleteNotify = 1 (Windows TRIM commands are disabled)
- DisableDeleteNotify = 0 (Windows TRIM commands are enabled)

It's not working.

TRIM for RAID0 is supported currently only on Intel 7-series chipsets in Windows 7/8.

You have a 6-series chipset so you are out of luck for RAID SSDs. Yes, it is an artifical limit.
