Since im on a mac and cant use the OCN psu calc will i be able to lower to a rosewill cap 450 modular which is a gold rated psu on the build below ?

You didn't link the actual list.

Regardless, the answer is "yes" unless you're doing some really heavy SB-E hex core or FX octo core overclocking and have a whole stack of hard drives lined up.

I would take this as Hard Drive:

Yes, the Capstone 450w will be plenty for the 660Ti and i5-3570k setup.
