Both cards will overclock around the same. Just depends what you get. I'd say go for the Asus card. I'm a little leary though since I just got a 670 on the way (will be here tomorrow) and i've been hearing alot of issues with the GTX670 DCII cards and alot of people seem to be having to RMA the card. So we'll see.
I had a previous generation GTX560 DCII and it would max out around 62C overclocked after redoing the TIM and sanding up the cooler a tad more. The new generation of coolers look quite good! I'd say go for it! It comes with a backplate and the black PCB looks wayy better! Plus the amount of phases should help with overclocking a little more than the GB card.
