I would bump up your PLL to 1.725v. These things sometimes HATE low PLL. Mine isn't stable below 1.725v PLL. Also, try bumping it 2 notches. Generally when it will pass P95 that long, 2 notches is plenty to get it stable.

Is this a Gigabyte motherboard you are using? Setting PLL overvoltage to enabled can considerably raise temperatures. Change it to auto and it looks like you are very close to finding your stable core voltage. I would up core voltage to 1.255 V and test again although I have a feeling 1.260-1.265 V will be the sweet spot thumb.gif

If you start changing too many settings it can make things worse and it just makes you get headaches trying to figure out why its not working.
Well when I had my Vcore at 1.26, PLL overvoltage off and my CPU PLL at 1.7 I failed at 3hrs.

It's probably vcore as others said.

BUT

Are you running blend in prime95, or something else?

Small FFTs are good for testing the CPU itself while largely eliminating the memory from the equation, if it passes small ffts but fails blend, and bumping vcore doesn't fix it, then you can try a little more vccio which helps stabilise the memory controller, even if the RAM isn't overclocked if you have a lot of it you may find you need a bit more vccio. You don't even need to have changed anything on the RAM to need more vccio - it's been my experience that as my CPU multiplier increases, I'd need more vccio to blend stable with the RAM at the same speed and timings as before.

So, if you haven't tried yet, and have just been blending, it's worth trying 24 hours of small FFTs.

To be honest, your clock and volts are fine if your CPU is failing 8 hours in...

The actual cycle of the Blend test itself is a little over 4 hours, so after that mark you've completed all the tests and IMHO you're testing unnecessary stability. Take into account that you will probably never run your CPU at 100% (like you would in Prime) during whatever tasks you're using your computer for.

So unless if your CPU is doing some heavy processing 24/7, 4 hours in prime is fine.

Bump it to 1.26, if you want, but realistically you won't really need 8 hours of 100% stability.

12-24 hours max on Prime95 blend using all available ram is pretty reliable at predicting system stability. I prefer the latter (24 hours) only because I have had instances where failure was detected in the 23rd hour. Never had an overclock fail once it has passed the 24 hour test except for maybe degradation over a long period of time that required a slight bump in voltage.
