So i decided to buy a TIM for my Antec 620.
i got there in mind: PK-1, MX-4, Shin-Etsu X23-7783D, IC Diamond 7.Indigo Xtreme (775), NT-H1, AS5.

Any suggestions?

MX-4 or IC Diamond 7 are quality TIM's most of the 20 top recommended are like 1-2 D*C or lower difference..
also Tuniq tx-4

I liked my Noctua goop but I'm not one to squeeze ever degree of cooling out my sytsem. It was easy to apply and clean and it ranks well. Plus the tube lasted for ever.

I've only tried a couple like the MX-4, MX-2, NT-H1, AS5 and the Noct gets my vote. The viscosity and smoothness on the noct made it MUCH easier to apply and get great temps than the MX-4, MX-2 and AS5 even though I believe it's supposed to have higher viscosity...... But yeah something about it made it hold it's shape very well and spread perfectly evenly that I would get less run off in one directions and none in another in comparison to the other three.

Noct H1 gets my vote.

What about Coollaboratory Ultra?

i havernt seen TIM's such as Coollaboratory Ultra used on a heatsink! i only see them used when replacing the TIM of your CPU IHS after delidding

The cooler already comes iwth some of the best TIM on it around. If you need to reseat it, then grab some MX4. Great stuff.
