I downloaded the latest 07 version but have notice on a lot of sites that people use the 04. What are the benefits of me to use 04 over 07? Thanks

Sandra tells me my CPU's VCore is 2.2v! All other programs I use tells me it's 1.2v. I don't know how it messed up this bad.
