Furmark will be useful for telling you if the core clock is stable or not, but won't tell you much about the memory.
I let it like that with gpu 99% and i didnt saw any artifact wink.gif
Now ill go to stock and run some benchmark. After that ill overclock at actual values and check the scores wink.gif

i would quit whilst your ahead on your memory, spend your time pushing the core / shaders
I should game.

yeah at very best with modding and some skill you will be lucky to see 600 or higher on the memory, you will get send most of your time blue screening / crashing for 10-20mhz on the memory. Whereas the core should do 700+ on stock volts depending on temps
I should game.

Skills, i dont have, this is my first overclock.
All i learned for now is :Raise the core clock, raise memory clock, run furmark, run 3dmark lol.Thats all smile.gif

I'm not sure that I agree. Without any modding, I hit around 700MHz memory clock on my 1GB card. (it would crash at 735MHz, but a little lower than that was ok). Granted that was a new one with higher binned ram it sounds like, but I think you still have a bit further you can go on the memory clock. I'd say keep pushing the memory some more because you get significant improvements in games and benchmarks from it.
And also overclock the core/shader some more tongue.gif
