Mine ends in November, well im up for an early upgrade in November with Verizon. I was planning on getting the 920, but since apparently its going to be exclusive with AT&T for 6 months...so pissed. Guess im going to go back to the iPhone 5, its really quite an upgrade from my 4 which is getting slow and old.

If you want simplicity and the feeling that you want something to "Just Work" Go Apple
If you want complete control and customization, Go Android
Its all very simple

I think the question here is who's better, Apple or Samsung? And why is it Samsung?

I have the Galaxy S3 and honestly Unless you like to tinker around with your phone, IE: Rooting and putting custom roms on your phone then I would stick with Iphone since my Galaxy S3 was shockingly slow until I did that.

Thanks man! Yeah I hear you. With all the new technology Apple says that they develop I wish that they would develop more in the battery department. The phone is top notch in all aspects except for battery life which is not horrendous but we all could use more battery. For the current generation of smart phones imo the iPhone 5 has the best combination of battery life, 4G, and performance. Not to mention looks. One of my biggest gripes of all Android devices is the fact that they don't feel like a high quality device.

I don't know why they didn't put it in but that's definitely not why. You can see the 5 pull ahead in SunSpider and BrowserMark.

Don't know. I only saw the S3 in the SunSpider and BrowserMark benchmarks.

Yeah, true enough, Apple's quality control and simplicity in software and UI are starting to slip but after tasting Android's bugginess and crashiness (my personal experience based on one HTX One X I owned, obviously plenty of people are happy with Android) I couldn't wait to get back into iOS and I think my iPhone 5 is literally perfect. I got it on launch day and haven't found a single thing to complain about yet, though I can certainly see where others could have a different preference. It's not a perfect phone, but it is perfect for what I want and so far it's been fast and bug-free.
