I got it on launch day and haven't found a single thing to complain about yet, though I can certainly see where others could have a different preference. It's not a perfect phone, but it is perfect for what I want and so far it's been fast and bug-free.
Manufacturers that BLOAT the UI they put over Android *cough* HTC *cough*, I could see how it could get laggy, but Touchwiz is pretty snappy once you clean the crap they load off the home screens.
Me, I personally run AOKP, and my phone is incredibly fast (although, some of it's insane snapiness could be attributed to the fact that it runs at 2GHz constantly
), and I would never give it.
Plus, I absolutely LOVE the HD Super AMOLED screen.
