Me, I personally run AOKP, and my phone is incredibly fast (although, some of it's insane snapiness could be attributed to the fact that it runs at 2GHz constantly tongue.gif), and I would never give it.
Plus, I absolutely LOVE the HD Super AMOLED screen.

I run Nova Launcher smile.gif Don't need root, but if you do have root, you can erase SecLauncher2.apk from /system/app and you're good.

So far I'm finding that the battery life is great. I used my phone for a couple of hours yesterday and at the end of the night it was still at 60%.

Best screen I've ever laid eyes on as well, the color reproduction is amazing, blues, yellows, and reds stand out much more. It's great putting it next to a 4S screen and seeing how much better it is. Much better looking than a Samsung S3 in terms of sharpness and color accuracy, but I'd definitely take the bigger size over those if given the chance.

ya know, this was one of the selling points that is gonna make me skip the i5 and try out the S3. I wanna give the tinkering a go and see what the S3 is all about. and if i dont like it 100%, ill go with the 5S or i6 when they come out. pretty excited to try the S3 and get one of these Batteries too!

If the Optimus G turns out to have the same or similar level of support as the SGS3, I may switch over (assuming it comes out for Verizon, of course, which I don't think it will), but I love the custom ROM setup I have now and the root access being so simple because of the developer support for the SGS3 platform. Very rarely in a game does the SGS3 lag, and overclocking it solves that problem if it really bothers me.

Played with the iP5 after contemplating between it and the S3. I traded my iPhone 4S for my S3 and have not had any remorse whatsoever. biggrin.gif

It also has the additional benefit of being able to derail a train.

I think i'll take the very thin phone which lasts me two days on battery. Plus, when are you ever not close to a power source?

When youre out in the field, hiking, doing normal stuff outside the house all day.

Thin phone. Is this really a selling point now? Wow...

You could also knock a man out with it.
