DVI, VGA, HDMI sleeving

Thread Starter
Apologies if this has already been asked and answered (it's a difficult topic to search for)

What are the recommended practices for sleeving cables with chunky connectors like DVI cables? Or does no one do it?
I understand power cables can be cut and rejoined, but re-soldering 40 or so thin wires doesn't sound very fun...
Also, how does one work around the RF chokes?

The easiest way to do large cables is to get large enough sleeve and heat shrink. You have to be able to fit the sleeve over the connectors and that is where it gets difficult. But it's either that or find a way to remove/reattach connectors or replace them after sleeving.
Largest thing I've ever done was USB 3.0 cables and even then there are different styles and sizes so it's hard to give an exact size on sleeve.
You might be getting into virgin territory with the cables you are wanting to do, most people don't worry about interconnects all that much. Keep looking around online, maybe you'll find something.
