No! No! No! This is absolute crap, and you know it!

Dinner doesn't sneak up on you, or "suddenly" happen. You know it is coming!

The grass just doesn't spontaneously grow and need to be whacked down like an invading army of Orcs. It was on the list of things you decided to not do earlier in the day!

Get your crap straight, and then play, stop screwing over other people who already handled their business.

Ruining someones game isn't any different than ruining any other hobby. In all cases you take the enjoyment out of the hobby and cost that person their time!

i have to agree with this... if i don't have enough time to complete a full match, then i don't play. Its a slap in the face when a match starts and the first thing someone says is "ok i have to leave in a few minutes, pls hurry!"

If it's just a game and not a big deal when you quit and ruin it for others, then on the flip side it's still just a game and not a big deal when valve gives you longer ques. Suck it up and deal quitters.

I got the idea system just checks for "abandoning" the match, be it drop server for another server or drop the game completely for awhile. Anyhow getting little offtopic but I can think of many reasons why would one quit a server other than losing. Change gamemode for example. If you ever played original counter-strike you know how one would go from playing jumping to knife to scouts to surfing to gunning to killing zombies or jailmod etc, etc.. all in one game. Ofcourse cs 1.6 doesnt have locked up public matches. So different matter.
People who quit a match just because they are losing just need to man up though. That's just highly unacceptable and unsportmanship behaviour.

It was only for people that quit multiple matches in a defined time frame. Nothing to do with quitting playing the game in general. From the sounds of it...if you have played one wave of a game, you then can leave the next wave at any time without penalty. So as long as you stick it out for a while you can leave without issue. So if it were applied to CS you would be fine leaving the on next map after you've played at least part of one.

Leaving before the match ends saves the player a loss on their record if they are losing. I wonder if most would stick it out if leaving meant you got a loss anyway...even if you your team was winning. I've a lot of multiplayer games where I thought sure my side would loose, but we managed to come back. Happened A LOT in BF2142...I've seen many an enemy titan blow up a minute after the shields are down with my own teams' titan on its last few ticks of armor.

I also don't know if I agree with vote kicks not counting...it typically takes a lot to successfully vote kick some one and there is usually a good reason all the players will agree to kick some one.

As much as I hate rage-quitting, I feel like this is a little too much. A lot of innocents might get caught up in this and I know people are going say manage your time better, but honestly, I tend to game to kill time before I have to go somewhere and a lot of the time, I'll be caught in the middle of the match when it's time to head out.

Draconians are a race of humanoid dragons, also called 'lizard men' and dragon-men because they walk upright and are human sized. Draconians have scaly bodies like a dragon's, a snout and short stubby tail.
