Friend in bulgaria needs

New CPU
New GPU


Plans on doing 3d designing with things like blender, gimp etc.

Has Ram, HDD, Case, and a 1kw PSU.


So my questions are:

He should be able to order from amazon since bulgaria is in the EU and most sellers in germany or great britain only send inside of the EU. It might cost a bit more for shipping.

There are some parts vendors that ship EU wide. I would assume he could order from mindfactory.de or hardwareversand.de (I'm sure there are non-German options too, but those are the ones I know).

What hardware you should recommend depends on budget & willingness to overclock,

In order of cheapness (normally) to more expensive and also less good to more gooder (if willing to overclock):

fx-4300 + am3+ mobo + aftermarket cooler
fx-6300 + am3+ mobo + aftermarket cooler
fx-8350 + am3+ mobo + aftermarket cooler
i5-3570k + z77 mobo + aftermarket cooler
i7-3770k + z77 mobo + aftermarket cooler
i7-3930k + z79 mobo + aftermarket cooler

if not willing to overclock:

i3-3220 + B75 or H77 mobo
i5-3470 (ish) + B75 or H77 mobo
i7-3770 + B75 or H77 mobo
??a Xeon of some sort?? I'm not that knowledgeable about this segment of the market

Pixmania should be shipping almost everywhere in EU, although they kinda tend to have a bit small selection in my opinion, anyway, I list the stuff available in Estonias local site and global pixmania shoudl be shipping the same stuff.
