Well yes an overclocked 7950 might be like a stock 670 but in my eyes that's not a fair fight, if you overclock one, overclock the other and in that case the 670 is still better.

All 3 cards had higher then average overclocks though, but with 100Mhz less core speed the 7950 was still faster.

The new drivers have worked wonders on the 7950.

670 is what you are looking for.

Just isn't worth getting anything else. You may as well get an upgrade out of it.

Better yet, get a good clocking 7970 and your in 680 GTX territory for same price as a 670.

I replaced 2x GTX460 1GB OC SLi with a single MSi GTX 660 TwinFrozr III OC 2GB card, and the GTX 660 is faster by 2-3% ! It's a great little powerfull card. It will beat the GTX 480 hands down.
