So Im going to build this system for a friend and he wants a silent PSU(build overall).

The build content:
Intel i7 3570k
Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe
EVGA GTX 670
Samsung 830 256GB (Adding one more later)
4x 120mm fans

I would guess 400-500w will be more than enough for this build.
The PSU will be pretty close to the mobo/other parts so no long cables needed. The max length of the PSU is 15cm if non-modular, 14cm if modular.

according to fractals site it accepts 160mm PSUs but that doesnt say if thats including the connectors or just the PSU.

seasonic makes a 560W gold modular thats 150mm without the connectors.

Well, FD says this:

They say its 160mm without a long GPU. That means i need a 15cm ish PSU to fit a ex 7970 inside it and even shorter with modular cables, something like 14cm +/-

Have a similar setup and Silverstone SST-ST45SF 450W works fine for me.
