Wow! I don't know what I do but with this option enabled my fps increased about 90% from 230 to 410!
I don't know why it was not working to this time.

^If you want my opinion for best mid-grade card, that is it. There are a couple manufacturers who make a cheaper version, though I am very partial to sapphire.

Ok, It get to previous fps after I closed Steam, it's must be something wrong with function "Multicore rendering" often it's not working properly.

But about this problem I should write to the Steam Support Game not in here.

Anyway, thank you all for help.
