Ok, So for my new build (and temporarily on my old one) I need a new audio set-up
So lets start with headphones
1) State your budget! 100-150
2) State your music tastes. Everything from In Flames, to Knife Party, to Incubus to Shiny toy Guns all in hi-bitrate mp3 or FLAC
3) State what perks are highly desirable: Over the ear is a must, I could use a mic, but a clip on would be fine too
4) State what products you already have and are planning on using with your recommended item (state whether you have an amp if you're looking for headphones with high impedance).
I will be using the onboard for now and then the X-fi chipset on the g1 assassin2 (which i heard is pretty good), I currently use a set of Razer Carcharias which i think were decent, and i have a set of Xears XE200pro on the way and a Cowon Z2 coming soon as well
5) State where you live and offer some sites that are known for having good prices so we can help recommend you products in your country's currency (like Amazon or ebay).

Next, I could also use a Decent headphone amp for stated IEM+ player combo, maybe around $30-40
Finally I Need a set of speakers, I only have room for a 2.0 set, so I was looking at the creative gigaworks t40's (damn those are some sexy yellow cones) but i've heard mixed reviews, Bass isn't a huge concern, but i want nice sound for movies and such, I was planing on adding a sub to the t40's when i move to college and have more room. Anything with yellow cones would be great (but sound quality comes first) budget for the speakers is around $150 max
