Applying Coollaboratory Liquid Pro Under IHS

Can anybody help me out with applying the Liquid Pro on the die or just redirect me to a post that shows you?

apply as thin as possible, i noticed some peeps use way to much,
i used it on all sides, on the die, inside ihs, on the ihs, base plate cooler, and still have half a tube ..
