Question about CPUID

What exactly does the last line named "Packaged" (under the cores) mean? My cores are usually about 10-15 degrees cooler than the "Package" line and I'm not if thats normal.

I believe that is a sensor on the underside of the CPU, opposite the IHS.

I may be wrong though.

Should I be utilizing that for overclocking or just cores 1-4?

Well you don't want any temps in there getting stupid hot, so you should probably go by whatever's the hottest.
