I think your work is really good. I like it. Only one suggestion. You need to learn to pick better font, font size and placement. Try and incorporate the text into the composition instead of just placing it there. Sometimes text should be small but other times like on your transformer and spiderman one it needs to be bigger and have more presence. Your work is good keep it up.

From someone who works in the field? Too busy, can't focus on one thing, if you're designing for NA you better have to guide the viewers eyes from left to right. But everyone has their different take on it and everyone has a different opinion on what is defined as design.

You're missing a few important aspects of design, might I suggest a book...http://www.amazon.ca/Design-Basics-Index-Jim-Krause/dp/1581805012

This book will teach you everything you need to know about design basics.

Spiderman 1: Err...yeah...ok...

Transformers: You're focusing on Optimus Prime...why have 2 images of him instead of just one?

Fifa: What are you trying to convey?

Spiderman 2: Again...focus on one thing...

If I were to rate it based on the following personas:

Art Director -> Why did we hire you? Go back to school. You're fired.

Co-Worker -> Wait, you're my co-worker?
