$125 FX-8120 worth it? - Page 2

i have (FX)-8120 and his fan sound is too noisy and it 7000 rpm but after 8 months the (FX) began to be too hot when i play ultra high games and shutdown the PC automatic and when i open h/w monitor i found his Temperature 75-87
but now i bought CM hyber 212 evo and it's quiet and when i play Ultra high games the most high temperature is 39-47

so if you going to buy (FX)-8120 you must buy cooling system

Sorry for my bad English

This right here. I put mine right onto a CM 212+. I suggest waiting for the 8320 OP, as its only going to be 150 or so.

I would wait for PD because its so close to release. Find a cheap cooler like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065 . Then a decent mb like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131736&name=AMD-Motherboards And you get free ram or get the open box for $30 less. Total with out PD would $220 that gets you mb,ram, cooler. Throw $180 for a 8320 and boom, Ill see ya on the field soilder. I need your dogtags!
