and people blindly bash intel igp's when its actually a viable gaming option at 720p. even hd3000 is pretty good at 720p and lowered details. hd2000 is crap though but its still good enough for pre 2008 games mind you thumb.gif

It has great performance at that resolution :O Pretty playable even at medium settings, that's just awesome. Looks like overclocking the IGP brings great performance benefits. Did you try gaming at stock speed?

No i didnt try at stock speeds but i dont think it would be TOO bad. Overclocking the IGP needed just 3 bios changes and it was stable at 1.5Ghz

I know this thread is a bit dead, but I'd like to say, you actually get good performance boosts by overclocking your ram along with your iGPU

Anything above 1.2ghz, you're *mostly* ram limited, having very marginal improvements, unless you clock high
