Need new PSU, not a lot to chose from

Hello guys.
The other day the almost-generic PSU on my father's PC died, so we need to buy a new PSU, and this time it's gonna be a good one.
The PC has a Phenom II x4 955 BE, an ATI 5770, 4 GB of DDR3 RAM (on two sticks), a couple of HDDs, a CD/DVD drive and three chasis fans. I believe 500W will be enough, am I right?
What I'm not sure is how much amperage I'm gonna need.
I live in Argentina and here not only prices are higher but also there's not much variety. I've seen the Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus series available almost everywhere here, how are they? I always wanted a Corsair PSU but the lower wattage I can get here is the GS600 which is probably overkill, but are the Gaming Series good?
The system is not overclocked (I know, Black Edition and no overclocking...), so what PSU would you recommend? As I said, prices are quite higher here so I'd like a not very costly option.

My bet is a 500 is probably more than enough. I ran something similar to that when i was in high school. To make things more interesting my 500 wat was really like a 400 watt lol. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027&name=Power-Supplies Corsair makes good powersupplies. Of course with a 500 watt psu you won't be able to do any crazy upgrades without upgrading the PSU again.

500W is way more than enough, but you don't want something that's bad like the eXtreme Power Plus, regardless of wattage.

What else is there?

If Sentey Solid Power SS (SDP550-SS) is available for cheaper than Corsair GS600, try that.

The website I'm buying from is like an ebay where different vendors place their products, here is the PSU section, but I'm also looking at the pages of specific hardware stores to see what they have. My budget would be around AR$ 600-750. It looks like the Sentey SPD550-SS is around AR$700 which is a little cheaper than the cheapest corsair (GS600), is that a good choice?

Cooler Master Silent Pro M 500W is also okay:
http://articulo.mercadolibre.com.ar/MLA-436188203-fuente-cooler-master-silent-pro-m-500w-_JM

but I don't see much other than that and the Sentey Solid Power SS. Avoid the others.

Thank you all for the answers! The GS600 is a little more expensive but not much, so if it's in stock somewhere we'll get that, else we'll get the Sentey.
