360* distance is the same, though theres more grain with lower DPI via same screen resolution.
It's more or less how the game engine calculates turning and angles on a 3D plane. Sensitivity is just a multiplier of the internal default yaw and pitch rotation.
I suppose the best way to look at this is from desktop DPI values such as 400 and 800. Theres less distance from point A to point B on a 2D plane via same resolution scale, though modify the canvas by half and distance is more or less the same between the two values.
Of course you cant discard the resolution in general. More individual placement in terms of on screen models.
