Yeah I gotta wait for a Torx T6 or similar. Cause my own ones are too big, 2mm rather than 1.5/6

Anyway, is there a guide that tells you how to install this thing, preferably with pictures. The manual I got is utter crap and makes no real sense, it seems like koreans or something translated using babelfish.

It says to put on heatsinks and the cooler....before putting on the thermal glue...what!?

Can you get the thermal paste/glue off?

I skipped using an eraser completely when I mounted my Arctic Accelero Hybrid and used pure acetone, it works alot better for cleaning the memorymodules.

Ok installed the fugger now.

Easy installation, quick dry on the heatsinks, took like 45min to an hour and they felt solid.

HOWEVER there is one issue that I need answered:

Note the Top thumbscrew, to the right of it is a small one I placed in order for the PCB and Cooler not to go apart, however it still does, but not the way I expected, it goes downwards thus the screw is useless. (The Screw is attached to the IO backplate)

Is there a fix or is this intended?

Current temperature idle: 27c. Max idle: 31c.
Gonna check load soon.

Current load in World of Warcraft: 40-42c.
Furmark 10min 4x AA 1080p Burn - 57c max.

In case you have not found a workaround, I had the same issue with an evga 670 ftw which uses the 680 pcb.

I ended up buying some 2.5mm nuts and bolts from a local hardware store which worked well for the I/O panel and for adding a backplate.

The ones below are 12mm long, but 6mm should work as well.

Picked these up for my TRON Legacy theme build. Got the optional light bar upgrade kit(s). Note, for a quad channel package you will need two light bar kits as each covers two sticks. No issues...
