Mobo: Asus rampage IV formula
Case: Thermaltake MK1

Ok, I thought it was going to be easy, but I dont want to break anything, so please people help meee

The thermaltake MK1 caame with some cables to connect the front panel, I connected the USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and everythig ok, but now:
1) e-Sata: Should I connect it to the SATA 6gb or SATA 3gb?

2) I have 4 SATA 6gb ports, 2 are "Intel X79 Serial ATA 6.0 Gb/s connectors (7-pin SATA6G_1/2 [red[), and the other 2 are "ASMedia Serial ATA 6.0 Gb/s connections (7-pin SATA6G_E1/E2 [red])..what is the difference? which should I use? I've have heard that the intel one is for SSD and I should disable the ASMedia to get a faster boot.....where should I connect the Hard disk? to the 3gbs?

thanks!!!

1 if you even use the E-sata port hook it up to the 3GB/s ports, but if you don't use E-sata just tuck the cable away and don't hook it up.

2 just hook your HDD up to the 6Gb/s port and yes disable the asmedia controller if you don't need it.
