Is this a good graphics card ??? does it can reach 1100-1200 on Core Clock ??? Does it have the Voltage already unlocked ???

its better you spend the extra 10 - 20 bucks and grab a HD 7870. definitely worth it. HD 7870 is 20% faster than HD 7850. at the same clocks HD 7870 is around 8 - 10% faster.

1920 x 1200

HD 7850 - 83
HD 7870 - 100

The sapphire hd 7870 with dual x cooler is one of the best in cooling efficiency. its better than the msi twin frozr.

sapphire hd 7870 oc - stock clocks 1050 mhz. costs 243 bucks.

I have the 7850 iceqX and I have it over clocked to 1100 mhz on stock voltage. When I'm playing games the temperature peaks at about 60 degrees, so I'd say the cooler is pretty good.
