Best webcam program?

Hey, i got a bisoncam NB pro integrated webcam in my laptop, and i've heard that the webcam supports 30/60 fps while recording, but with the stock "cyberlink youcam" which was preinstalled it makes my webcam laggy, and the tech the laptop has it was supposed to process much better fps performance than just 3-5 fps which is what im getting, kinda annoying...

So to the topic:

What program is the best webcam program available which supports all webcams, uses 60 fps and 720p resolution for recording and pictures, records in mp4 and has a usable amount of effects and such?

Skype has the the best support of streaming HD over the webcam that i've seen.

MSN messengers webcam software doesn't have as many features as skype, but uses less bandwidth to produce the same quality. So it's better if your on a bandwidth limited network.

Ok, but skype does not have the fuction to record and then save the video.

Youcam has that, but it makes the video damn huge in size frown.gif

And skype lags just as bad in low light.

No, skype does not lag in low light, or behave any differently in low light verse bright light. IF your having lag, then it is likely in the chip set on your webcam.

Yes, recording videos makes them huge in size.

I forgot, you need a plug in to record videos with skype. There is like 15 different plug-ins that can do this.
