Another PSU what if

My friend wants to buy my 980x with mobo. I am using my psu for a new build and he has a 430 watt thermaltake psu. Will this be enough to run the 980x and a gtx 460? Will it be enough to run it at my current overclock at 1.29v vcore 1.3v qpi 1.5dram 4.0ghz ?

it would be too close for comfort..you def couldnt overclock ..i would get a 600 to be safe.. the 430 is a thermaltake..they are ok psu..but not in the low wattage area..
