Hi all
I am switching from Asus rampage 3 with i7 920 with cpu and board water blocks on one loop and Evga 580 3gb on a separate loop to Gigabyte ud5 1155 with Intel i5 3570k. I am wondering should I have gpu with cpu in one loop ?
I plan to overclock both cpu and gpu as much as possible.

If you have the room, I would use two loops for sure. Great choice on the motherboard. I just got done installing that same board and I'm very impressed with it, wow.

I think you should go with one loop because Socket LGA 1155 produce less heat because it uses less voltage and you do not have any heat added to your loop from your MB side and put less pressure on your psu.

I've never used a big water, but that's pretty clean and compact, although I imagine cleaning the radiator once a year, or so would be a pain. You won't need to worry too much about your UD5H board's cooling, unless you are going for some pretty extreme overclocks. The heatsinks are more than sufficient for me with moderate airflow, currently at 1.36v 4.7 ghz and still going. What do you plan to use for the CPU water loop, if I may ask?

He can't run both off that thermaltake rad. All you really need now is a seperate pump/res and radiator. What are you confused about?
