Cooling 1100T + GTX 570

I want to cool an AMD 1100T OC'd and a GTX 570 HD
Would a 140mm beable to cool either of those on its own?

Also could I get away with using this (280 XSPC EX)

Or do I need to get a thick rad like this one? (UT60 280)

How much power does an overclocked 1100T use / GTX 570 use?

the bigger the better but the the xpsc is very good..i dont own one myself but my brother in law does.just make sure you get some good cfm fans to cool the water..and power i would guess about 375watts give or take.but about 400 overclocked
