hey guyz

i was just wondering that is the ps3 3d display a good choice for a monitor

ill be using it with a gtx 670 and core i5

even if i don't use the 3d option it is still 1080p hd @240hz and it is hell lot cheaper so what do you guyz think

i plan to use it as a 2d gaming display for PC i would be more than grateful if someone throws some light on this

Personally? I don't use TVs for my gaming machine. Just grab yourself something like a nice Asus monitor from newegg or something.

second name something naming a manufacturer wont help name a display that's better & close to its price

also, the ps3 3d display is a horrible choice, even if it says it "supports" 240hz, it does not have dvi-d nor display port, so its limited to 75hz @ 1080p via hdmi

Yeah that is pretty crappy. The reason why many poeple go for Asus monitors is because they are rather good quality, good price, and perform well.
