There might be something wrong - I am getting 46 seconds with my Samsung 830 (on a Sata-II port)

At startup I open uTorrent, iTunes, Steam and Skype also.

All you guys with just a single SSD can't compare to a raid. Raid takes significantly longer for the motherboard to initialize it and this time varies from motherboard to motherboard. OP, i wouldn't worry about it, it's only a few seconds longer as you can see compared to others. As long as your benchmarks are looking good, that's what really counts.

Ive tried using the no GUI boot and it didnt seem to make a difference to my boot time

Maybe posting a shot of your MSCONFIG startup programs and also startup services tab, because I am feeling like this is a software issue rather than hardware. Granted, I am no expert, but having a similar setup myself and having used multiple similar systems, and with a single 256GB 830 tthe Time-to-Windows is between 5.5-8s while with 2x 256GB 830's (not my machine, but a friend's) using the R4F RAID0 controller (Intel) he gets to Windows in about 8.5-12s (I setup his computer so I know that it's only booting with the absolute minimal amount of programs and services, plus I just asked him to time a boot).

I personally don't let anything other than what is absolutely necessary to boot, I either disable/remove it or occasionally set to start after a delay. I have found that it makes a significant difference, even with an SSD, when I only have 6 programs set to boot and a total of about 30 services disabled (that I don't use, a la Print Spooler, Tablet Input, etc: basically a mix of BlackViper's "Low Risk" and "moderate" lists), as opposed to setting everything that I might use (and that canload on boot) to start with Win7. In fact, even just STEAM makes it seem a bit slower, but going from 6 to 39 programs and every service re-enabled is significant, with a good 3-4sec tacked on, which is still very fast but what bothers me is that things feel "sluggish" for a little bit after ggetting into the desktop instead of being ultra-sharp.
Also, is anything that is set to run on boot located on your HDD and not the SSD, such as STEAM or anything else that you may have added? I wouldtthink thatwwould have a noticeable impact, as you would be using the HDD, but I could certainly be wrong.

Also, is the "Fastboot" enabledin BIOS ?

Anyway, hope you get this figured out, as I imagine you are quite frustrated, or at least I would be. Try to trim down the program list for startup, and see if there is even any difference for you, as that may at least point you to either hardware or software depending on the difference in speed. Best of luck!
