So my brother has asked me to spec and price a $400 build for "Christmas"

^ Really with no need for more than 8GB of RAM and 2x8GB kits available, I don't consider that a limitation. 1 PCIE.... I can't see this guy doing more than a single GPU setup and it's not possible to Hybrid Triple Crossfire. Would that be a need?
Chipset is the same. VRM is better for reliability and if light overclocking is wished.

NO overclocking at all i'm sure, as my brothers room is 10+ degrees hotter than any other room (he has a lot of stuff running) and he always refuses to let me OC

But yeah I don't think i'll ever need 2 pci-e slots and 8 gigs will be a lot for awhile:thumb:
