$400 Trinity budget box - Help needed

So my brother has asked me to spec and price a $400 build for "Christmas"

I know prices may drop as the holidays draw near but to give a general idea can I do any better with the budget than the following:

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=20601545

A10 5800K $130
GIGABYTE GA-F2A75M-D3H FM2 AMD A75 (Hudson D3) SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard $90
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-17000CL11D-8GBXL $50
Antec Basiq BP350 350W ATX12V v2.01 Power Supply $30
Hitachi GST Deskstar 7K1000.C 0F10383 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive $70
GIGABYTE GZ-F3HEB Black SECC Steel / ABS ATX Mid Tower Computer Case $25 + 10 shipping

I already have a 20x DVDRW and a copy of Win 7 x64 Pro

Why not go small form factor?

How is the included PSU ?. What do you think of the components chosen ? Any better performance for same/less price ?

Will more than handle an A10 alone.
I'd also vouch for this board over that, VRM cooling for less

Only 2 memory slots and 1 PCI-E, but better chipset and VRM ?

^ Really with no need for more than 8GB of RAM and 2x8GB kits available, I don't consider that a limitation. 1 PCIE.... I can't see this guy doing more than a single GPU setup and it's not possible to Hybrid Triple Crossfire. Would that be a need?
Chipset is the same. VRM is better for reliability and if light overclocking is wished.

NO overclocking at all i'm sure, as my brothers room is 10+ degrees hotter than any other room (he has a lot of stuff running) and he always refuses to let me OC

But yeah I don't think i'll ever need 2 pci-e slots and 8 gigs will be a lot for awhile:thumb:
