Can anyone suggest a easy method of wire management/sleeving that doesnot require a new PS?

You can get sleeved extensions that look quite good!

Sleeved extensions don't help at all with wire management; at best it only makes it slightly worse.

OP is out of luck. What you put into your PSU is what you get out of it. I would open the PSU up, cut off and insulate cords you NEVER use (such as multiple molex, floppy cables, etc), and then manually sleeve every cable... if your willing to go that route.
The absolute best thing to do would be to buy a modular/semimodular PSU, and then cut and recrimp every cable that is too long.
