Ah, this driver breaks my w500's input along with its rotation ability
Then again that's not important it does give me a few extra FPS in games(but why would i be gaming on a w500...just testing)

Sorry let me step in here. This is actually engine talk. Depending on the engine, more frames means more engine cycles. This means more pulls of mouse and keyboard input which can slightly increase the feel of movement even though you may not be able to see it properly. Unity engine does this quite commonly Unless you lock the update rate to what you want it. But that also locks frame rate.
