BF3 performance was just improved 15-40%, depending on your resolution, map and settings. So was MOHWF.

My results are minimal. 0-5% gains in games.

PROBLEM: With WIndows 8, most of my games crash in the first 4 minutes or have weird animations such as in MOHW.

Switching back to 12.10 or 12.8 when i have the time.

I've got black artifacts with these 12.11 beta 6 drivers on my 5850 toxic 1gb (single card, stock 3d clocks) after a long session with Splinter Cell Conviction.

I meet all official recommended requirements, maybe it's your DX9 flickering issue?

Black artifacts were followed by an atiumdag crash;

conviction_game.exe
C:\Windows\system32\atiumdag.dll, version: 9.14.10.942
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Offset error 0x003c691c

My maximum temps are 60-64 degrees Celsius,

Downgraded to 11.11a. Same temps, no crash.

Hey Thracks,

I just wanted to drop a request and some quick questions for you.

I, and many others, have been dying for eyefinity PLP support (portrait-landscape-portrait) and I think it's a little silly it hasn't been implemented yet! Honestly I think multiple widescreen monitors is just too bleeding wide, and that two flanking portrait monitors is the perfect size (for my eyes and for my desk!)
Unfortunately, to game like this, I have to spend eons messing around with every game and SoftH (which only supports DX9), or use windowed mode to span it across all three monitors. "Ghetto-rig" it, if you will. Often times games will refuse to expand past the resolution of the primary monitor, leaving my portrait monitors useless. It's rather annoying.
I'm no expert, but it doesn't seem like this would be too difficult to implement.
Any opinions on the matter? Could this be passed along to the team, or is already in the works?

Here is what my setup looks like:
The I have the resolutions set to match on the vertical axis, so I don't see why it couldn't work. (They're slightly different sizes making it a little distorted, but either way the vertical resolution matches so that shouldn't be a problem.)

Portrait monitors: 840x1120
Main monitor: 1920x1120

I have a question and I am not sure if it is due to the 12.11 , but If I use low settings in settings I get bad frames rates and also If I use low settings in XP10 frame rate is like just 6 fps, but if I use full max settings then I get 30-40 fps.

So is it because of the driver ? So does this mean that GCN is active ?

I do get tearing or some lightning. I cannot say that I game except FSX and X plane 10.

Clean install, use Atiman uninstaller.

That has to be memory effective. That's 1475mhz clock when taking into account the quad data rate.
