so i've RMA'd my acer display about a month ago due to appearance of backlight bleeding, after sending it in 3 times the display comes back either untouched or more/other issues
1st pass: sent it in bc backlight bleeding(appaeared about 2 months ago) is literally killing my eyes(giant blue line on the bottom of the display), RMA center sent it back, says its normal
2nd pass: got a shipping label to send it in, wrote them a letter telling them to reframe/adujust backlights, backlight bleeding mostly fixed, but the technician screwed up the inverter in the process, causing flickering and buzzing.
3rd pass: sent it in again, acer calls me a week later telling me they'll send me a "brand new" display, received display, giant blob of backlight bleeding(that is visible on windows desktop), even louder buzzing sound, looked up serial number, turns out this is a refurb.
so what do you guys think i should do next? i've been out of a monitor for the past month-.-
and im tired of taking this to the fedex drop off, which is 30minutes away and i dont have a car
