I don't believe this is the case this time around. Both SP and MP are running FB2. Danger Close hasn't come out saying that it'll be running off of different engines as far as I recall.

Yeah its not the case this time around, the entire game both MP and SP have been built using the same engine Frostbite 2.0

It was mainly due to the time constraints. The wanted to the game to out by certain time and the team working on was not equipped to release MOH. Basically two teams designed the game, single player team was not comfortable with the toolkit to make the game with frostbite 2. So they used ue3 and the multiplayer was done by dice B team basically. But this time im sure they got experience and they were able to use the superior engine for the full game and they didn't need a Dice team.

Basically what Lavitz said. It's completely counter-intuitive, and wouldn't make sense in any normal scenario. The engines handle the assets, visuals, code, everything, and two engines in question are in no way compatible. They essentially shipped two completely different games, it sounds like, aside from the visual assets, maybe.
