I have a 955BE and a 4890 ( just got another on the way from another user on this site) and I play alot of those games almost maxed out with no problems, I do have to change the settings in game for each game though. What works in one game might not work in another, like I can play LOL maxed all the way out but D3 I have to turn down a few things to get it smooth.
And I play all games except FPS games with the V-Sync on. Once I get my second card I might even try some of them with it on. But I also have a 120Hz screen.

Can you print and put it out here? Would be really nice! (So i can see wich options it is, i'm feeling a little bit dumb).

And i tried to shut down the "Grafics overdrive" that is in CCC, but it wasnt the issue.

I am currently at work but when I get back to my room I ca post it for you, I am currently deployed so it might be about 8hrs or so before I can post the pics. But I might be able to talk you through it, In CCC if you go to the AA page you will see a slider that has some manual options on it and right above that there should be a box that says somthing along the lines of " use game settings" or some thing close to that. If you check that box and click apply the slider should then be greyed out so that you cant make any changes. And you should be able to do this to a few of the options in CCC. All of the other options I would leave them at stock settings until you know that you are not having the problem anymore, then if you want to narrow it down you can change one option at a time until you can recreat the stuttering afect, if that is what it turns out being, I still have not ruled out the power supply, but this is somthing that you have control over and change right now, and its free.

Kinda, I know that in some games on certain cards having the AA in CCC turned all the way up and having the AA turned on in game can cause problems. At least for me it did, so then I started tweaking the settings for each game to get the best experence in each game. You don't have your rig posted in the your signiture block and I don't remember the card you have but unless its a top tier card I would bet that it could have somthing to do with it. Again this is a suggestion and it could very well be your power supply or other problem, this is just a way to start with somthing that is easy and free, to test the power supply you have to have another one to test with.

On your current power supply there should be a ECO ID#. This # means that the power supply was tested by the 3rd party company and it past the said pwer rating with said efficiency. If it does not have this number then the power supply is suspect and is looking more like it might be the culprit.
