OCN BOINC Team marks BEST non-BGB day in history!

BOINCstats.com reports that on October 22, 2012, the Overclock.net BOINC team scored an incredible 36,365,304 credits, marking this as the third best credits day in the teams history, and the best non-BGB day in team history (41,939,808, and 38,466,413, the current top 2 as of this post, were achieved during the record breaking BGB22 event).

A majority of the credits were from the DistrRTgen project, where the team earned 24,702,034 credits. (This is also the team's best DistrRTgen credits day in history!)

Good work team! Keep the good times going!

Heck yeah! Go OCN! The world will be ours in no time haha. But holy crap so many DiRT credits... I've always wondered.. does DiRT actually get anything useful accomplished? Like is there an actual real goal for the project? I feel bad when I run projects that are totally useless haha.
