Low LOD mice

Thread Starter
Could you list me some mice with low LOD and a good tracking quality something like 3.0 ? (don't care about tracking rates)
Don't tell anything about zowie I've already used those mice and tracking quality is so bad compared to DA.

For the record, no mouse tracks as well as the DA. So that's a pipe dream.

Zowie is about as close as you're going to get between a good balance of super low LOD and decent tracking. I know you don't want to hear it, but it's true. (Waiting on Skylit to correct me on this one.)

If you're keen on getting you're awful on, you could try the Sensei on a hard pad.

Or, be a man and scotch tape fix the DA or Abyssus.

There is also a search function in these forums. thumb.gif

Ignoring surface subjectivity, sure. It's okay for a 450~ dpi mouse.

Check out the Roccat kone[+] it has super low lift off if you want and amazing tracking.

The CMStorm Spawn has 2 ultra low LOD firmwares, the 32 is more reliable because of the max perfect speed and such.

A well known trick to lower the LOD of led based mice is to use a light coloured pad, I suggest the Puretrack Talent White.

We are used to lifting the mouse up a lot to re-position. If it tracks as it's in the air it messes that up.
