Clean PC Power?

I live in a large apartment complex and they dont seem to have the best power grid.

I enjoy overclocking and pushing my parts to the max so I want to make sure my computer is getting good clean power right? Is this something my PSU (Seasonic 1k planium) controls or do I need to invest in a UPS? I dont really every do anything too awful important where I need the battery backup.

If you want "clean power" you need to get a good UPS as it will control voltage spikes and low power situations.

This one is on sale at Newegg right now, 1350 VA 810 Watts 4 x 5-15R Battery/Surge Protected 4 x 5-15R Surge Protected Outlets UPS

Would that be enough for my system or will it limit my power? If not could you all please sugest a good one. Thanks!

Yeah, a UPS or a power conditioner can take care of that.
Some UPSs don't condition the power, so make sure you get one that supports it. We had trouble with this at work, the UPS in our demo bus kept power cycling. Turns out the generator was supplying "dirty" power and the UPS couldn't cope.
