I'm not experiencing these issues. Weird that your monitor's refresh rate seems to have effect on this.
I'm thinking it has something to do with the pixel clock limit one it gets to 67hz, can anyone with a catleap test and let me know the results?

I'm not going to try this. The last drivers stop working on the first go around with BF3. Game works for a few minutes then crashes.

Where did you see 15-20% performance increase? Is this in FPS? Didn't see alot of improvement in Guild Wars 2. Actually my OC had to be set lower 1215 core and 6950 mem from 1228/7000. Also there was more fps drops, same as the 306.23 drivers..

Yea I'm wondering if this is giving any performance boost at all doesn't seem like it and it seems like its giving me more game crashes with my OC settings...
