Anyone else having problems with this driver where it won't down clock to its regular 324 desktop/2d clocks? If i have my 1440p catleap overclocked to 67hz my first card that the monitors are plugged into won't clock lower than 706 mhz....yet if i change that to 66hz or lower it clocks down fine, makes no sense to me and is the first driver that this has happened with
