I'm now in the possession of a little 7" monitor. I must be able to something cool with it. If anyone would know it would be you guys. I'm going to take a pic so you can see what I have to work with.

Cheers
Ct

Hmmm, is there any way to attach a photo?

Until then, it has 4 cables.

1- 2,3, and 4 pin connector and one female adapter for power

Easiest way is to host the photo somewhere, there's numerous photo hosting sites, and then post the bbcode link here to have the image show.

As for what you should make, it depends what sort of thing would be useful to you. A car-puter? A little PC for a workshop/etc that you have? A semi-portable HTPC if you buy some tiny hardware? You could have quite a few options. If there's anything you think would help people point you to an option then that's always good to include in your post.

Hope you get some good feedback!

I'm thinking more in the way of a tiny pc. How small can I go?

Hey, can I use this as a secondary monitor for my pc? Maybe to monitor my pc.

I would use it for a little stats display, ram, cpu, gpu use.
Also, you could use it for skype, or youtube as generally watching them lower res works pretty well.

You could also try running some version of linux on it, on some cheap computer. Make it a display for a torrent box.

I like the first idea. Now how do I do that?
