i7 920 + 660Ti Watercooling help?

Hi guys. I'm thinking of watercooling both my i7 920 and 660Ti (sig rig Supremacy), and I did some research. Since my case is only sold in Korea, I asked in a Korean forum if my case was bad for watercooling, and they told me that I could fit a 120x2 rad where my top exhaust fans go, but I'd have to figure out for myself where to put the reservoir and the pump. My case is a 'full tower' case, so it's pretty big, so I don't think physical space will be much of a problem. I have only like 80 bucks now, but I'll be saving up money in the next few months, and hopefully by early February 2013, I'll have enough money (I'm thinking about 400USD) to do a nice custom loop watercooling.
So maybe if I could get a general idea of which makers make good parts and what parts to get (I'm thinking, based on research, that I would be needing a pump, tubing with the color of my choice since I think I read on OCN that dyed coolant is bad, a reservoir, a rad or two, CPU and GPU blocks), it would really help because I'd have a general idea of how much money I'll be needing, and if I will be needing other things as well. I think Koolance and XSPC are two well-known brands. Note that I don not have any tools to mod my case, so I think I'll have to work with it as is.

It sounds like you're looking to build a relatively basic CPU ~ GPU water-cooling loop. Something I'm having a little trouble figuring out from your last post is what your goals or intentions of water cooling are. Do you intend to water-cool for improved performance, making your PC silent, or just to have it look cool. To be honest water cooling and overclocking an i7-920 and 660ti will not give you too much of a performance boost. The 660ti, although it's marketed as a very overclockable card, will only give you a slight benefit. For the price of a waterblock and other necessary hardware for water cooling you might be able to purchase another 660ti. Another interesting thing to mention about your build is that the 660ti doesn't get very hot, and the set up for cooling your CPU is more than ample. Water-cooling comes with a lot of unexpected problems and expenses, $400 would get you a basic loop, but if your true prospect is more fps, using the $400 your saving to purchase another 660ti might be a better use of your money.

Mostly just to have it look cool, and it'd give my mom some peace of mind if WCing results in less noise, as she hates my fan noise. I'm not looking for a performance boost - my current system is more powerful than my needs. Since I run a single 1080p @60Hz, I don't think I would benefit from a second 660Ti. I'm getting 60+ FPS on BF3 with all settings set to Ultra and AA to the max (I believe it's 16x, not too sure).
