update any drivers recently? if so try rolling back those drivers. the ati drivers are notorious for BSOD. 99% of the time BSOD's are from bad drivers

No its probably just lacking vcore or something. As you're on AMD, I can't help there - might be worth transferring this thread to AMD section to get some overclocking help thumb.gif
