Keep getting that error whenever I try and run 3DMark 11. I've tried running both the 32bit version and the 64bit version, but nothing. I don't know if this will help at all...

i had the exact same issue yesterday. i ended up rolling back to a previous version i had stored and that worked. i tried running CCleaner and other methods i found with google to fix the CLR20r3 error but couldnt get it to work so i rolled back

Tried resetting my BIOS completely (took out the battery on my board even), but it still wouldn't open.

re-installing the whole OS would be best, becuase after i posted a reply i tried the version that had the same error as you and still kept getting the same error.. the only one that worked was a previous version i had.. goodluck and i might do the same to be sure about my OS
