TECs are expensive setups, both in upfront cost and running expenses. They sure are neat though 
.
I personally like Direct Die setups, since even though they are not as efficient and can't cool multiple components like a chiller can, they are much smaller and can be completely contained inside the case.

That kinda setup takes special considerations 
Air coolers aren't generally able to keep TECs in happy temperatures because the TEC is basically moving twice as much heat as a CPU (because it's moving the heat of the CPU + the heat generated by the TEC).
If you undervolt TECs and run many of them though, the heat output can be mitigated fairly well.
